4.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are as quoted on our website or in personalized proposals. All prices are in Euros unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of VAT. Payment terms, including deposits, installment schedules, and acceptable payment methods, will be outlined in the service agreement.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services. Any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings with signed agreements unless specifically allowed under the terms of those agreements.

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Refund Policy and in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees increase as the event date approaches.
